Our people enjoy a supportive, growth-driven environment with opportunities for continuous learning, career development and work-life balance.If you're driven, passionate about learning, and ready to make an impact, we'd love for you to join our growing team of MVPs!Performance Marketing Manager (WFH) Job DescriptionHands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, native ads, programmatic DSPs, and Web3-specific platforms (Addressable, Coingecko, crypto newsletter buys, etc.).Scale paid traffic sources profitably by driving low-cost, high-quality acquisitions in restricted categories (crypto, betting, gaming).Execute daily bid, budget, and creative optimizations with relentless focus on CPA and ROAS.Build and manage multi-geo ad funnels tailored to cultural and regulatory nuances.Develop high-performing creatives (static, video, UGC, landing pages) with the design team; rapid A/B testing.Analyze campaign data, run cohort analysis, and feed insights into LTV models.Spot new channels, media buys, and traffic arbitrage opportunities before competitors.Work closely with the Head of Acquisition & Growth to align execution with overall growth strategy.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related.4+ years in paid acquisition / performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in crypto, iGaming, or other restricted verticals.Proven success running multi-million-dollar ad budgets profitably.Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, native networks, and programmatic DSPs.Familiarity with Web3 ad platforms, crypto communities, and traffic sources.Ability to navigate compliance and ad policy challenges in restricted categories.Strong data and analytics skills: cohort analysis, attribution, funnel optimization.Creative mindset: ability to test and iterate ad concepts rapidly.Comfort working in a fast-moving, global remote team.
