Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) under guidance from senior team members.Assist in setting up and monitoring prospecting and remarketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.Help manage campaign budgets by tracking spend and performance metrics, and flagging any issues or anomalies.Contribute to reporting and analysis of paid and organic traffic performance, including preparing weekly or monthly performance summaries.Collaborate with the team to test new creatives, audiences, and channels, and document learnings and outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates, and share relevant insights with the team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).Strong interest in data-driven marketing and willingness to learn campaign optimization techniques.Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
