Your ResponsibilitiesPlan, set up, and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adapting content and targeting for local marketsExecute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting targeting/bidding/creatives, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with agencies for creative improvementsTrack and analyze campaign KPIs, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and future campaign performancePrepare and present reports on campaign results, supporting the team’s shift toward data-driven marketing practicesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, sharing best practices across the organizationYour QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, with up to 2 years’ experience in digital or performance marketingBasic knowledge of search engine marketing and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), with B2B or industrial machinery market experience as an advantageFamiliarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media dashboards) and a strong interest in performance-driven marketingDetail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment.Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plusWE OFFERFlexible working hours with no core time and the possibility to work from homeFurther training and international career opportunitiesCorporate health management "PALfit"Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidyJob ticket for travel to and from PALFINGERNumerous employee discounts through Corporate BenefitsMinimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year.
