As a leader, I believe in empowering my team by giving them real ownership and responsibility, while supporting them closely to achieve our shared goals.Your role & influence as Performance Marketing SpecialistResponsibility: You will be given responsibility for developing, executing, and optimising data driven digital marketing campaigns that maximise B2B customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. While continuously testing, analyzing, and improving campaign performance.Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of maximising the impact of our lower funnel investments. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the brand & marketing department and the e-commerce & e-business teams to ensure aligned and effective results.Core activities:Developing and executing data driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.Continuously optimising campaigns through testing, bid management, and creative adjustments to maximize ROI.Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign results, turning data into actionable insights for growth.Benefits Of Joining DustinWe believe there's more to Dustin than just the benefits listed here.
