It’s about building a growth engine, leveraging the latest best practices in performance marketing and creative testing to drive results for both our brand and our clients.Your Day to DayStrategize, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platformsRun experiments (A/B & multivariate tests) and push insights into action to scale ROI/ROASLeverage analytics tools (GA4, GTM, attribution platforms, Zapier integrations) to get clarity in today’s messy multi-touch funnelsSpot trends before others do, AI tools, automation hacks, new placements, and turn them into a competitive edgeCollaborate cross-functionally with BI, Ops, and Creative, and work cross-country (PH, TH, ID, KH) to make sure data and storytelling power every campaignBalance big-picture growth strategy with hands-on executionMust HaveHandson experience managing paid campaigns across Google Search/Display, TikTok,Facebook, InstagramProven analytics skills: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, plus expert in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Data-driven problem solver: able to analyze large data sets, identify what’s working, and course-correct fastOwnership mentality: thrive under ambitious targets and find ways to hit themStrong time management: juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ballWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
