To support our expanding portfolio, we are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Paid Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital acquisition campaigns for our diverse client base.Position Overview:As a Paid Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of digital growth strategies for our clients. Your primary duties will involve planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic, Google Ads). The core objective of this role is to deliver exceptional results for our clients by driving high-quality leads, maximizing their ROI, and accelerating their market presence.The ideal candidate is a meticulous analyst, a platform expert, and a creative problem-solver. You will be adept at analyzing complex performance data, extracting actionable insights, and using them to inform strategy and demonstrate clear value to our clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed our clients' key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Display, etc.) for a diverse portfolio of clients, from conception to execution and analysis.Conduct in-depth analysis of client campaign performance data to identify trends, extract key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS), and make rapid, data-driven decisions for optimization.Manage client budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure efficient spend and maximum return on investment.Write compelling ad copy and design A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting to continuously improve client performance.Implement and manage tracking for client accounts through Google Tag Manager and analyze user behavior and conversion paths in Google Analytics.Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance the client's user journey and increase conversion rates.Utilize attribution modeling to understand the client's customer journey and accurately assign value to marketing touchpoints.Prepare and present regular performance reports to client stakeholders, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations tailored to their business goals.Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to provide cutting-edge strategies for our clients.Key Skills & Knowledge:Analytical & Data Skills: Superior ability to analyze complex datasets, identify KPIs, and translate findings into actionable optimizations to hit ROI goals.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads (SEM) and Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is essential.Digital Channel Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Paid Search (PPC/SEM), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), Display Advertising, and a strong understanding of SEO principles.Campaign Management: Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, keyword strategy, and bid management.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Skilled in designing and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel.Attribution Modeling: Understanding of multi-touch attribution models (e.g., data-driven, linear, time decay) to accurately measure channel performance.Experience & Education:Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable ROI. Experience in B2B or the technology/AI sector is a significant plus.Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.Portfolio: A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating past campaign successes, strategic approach, and quantifiable results is highly valued.
