The Performance Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of paid channels, audience targeting, analytics, and performance optimization.The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer who thrives on data, testing, and continuous improvement — someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives and revenue targets.Identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition and retention through digital channels.Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to build campaigns that deliver results.Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, social, display, video, and affiliate networks.Implement audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.Oversee the development of creative assets and landing pages optimized for conversion.Optimization & AnalyticsMonitor daily campaign performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all platforms.Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI.Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum return.Reporting & InsightsPrepare detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, trends, and growth opportunities.Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in performance or paid media marketing.Proven success managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with strong ROI.Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.Hands-on experience with bid management, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition funnels.Excellent communication and project management skills.Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C performance marketing.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other paid media certifications.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and 401k).Remote or hybrid work flexibility.Access to advanced marketing tools and professional training.A collaborative environment where data and creativity work hand-in-hand to drive growth.
