The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Church’s and Car Shoe brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.Job PurposeThe candidate will be part of the Performance Media Team and will be responsible for all performance marketing activities for Miu Miu, Church's and Marchesi brands, reporting directly to the Head of Media.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development of performance strategy and media planning.Take ownership of all performance-related projects extending beyond day-to-day campaign operations.Be responsible for all necessary technical implementations on the platform.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team has all necessary resources for seamless operations.Monitor brand performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and develop ad-hoc strategies to address potential negative trends.Knowledge And SkillsAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong and proven experience in performance media and knowledge of tools and platformsProven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platformGood knowledge of MS Office and ExcelWell-organized, accurate and details orientedStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsPassionate about digital marketingExceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and EnglishBSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertisingJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
