You will be responsible for shaping the local product strategy, delivering performance product (search, performance max, demand generation) sales and product adoption quota and localizing go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow the performance marketing book of business. Push the boundary of AI max, performance max and demand generation and normalize the usage of AI in marketing.Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Southeast Asian market. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in each Southeast Asian country.Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.Serve as an advocate for customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps and decision-making processes.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
