[Paid Student Job] Founder's Associate in VC-funded fintech scaleup

We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Founder's Associate (Working Student) to join Performativ. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the founding & executive team of a high-growth fintech scale-up, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, operations, and data-driven execution. As a Founder's Associate, you will support strategic and operational initiatives across multiple business areas. You’ll be working with large volumes of data, helping shape key decisions, and have direct access to the founders of Performativ.

What you’ll do 📈Work directly with the founding team on strategic projects across commercial, operational, and product functionsAnalyze large datasets to generate insights that support high-stakes decision-makingBuild and maintain Excel models, dashboards in Hubspot, and reports to track business performanceConduct market research and benchmarking of the industryPrepare investor materials and internal documentationOwn and drive mini-projects independently with full responsibilityWhat we’re looking for 🎯Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, (very) complex, nested formulas.

Hungry and ambitious students enrolled in a top-tier university program (business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar) with outstanding academic resultsStrong analytical mindset and ability to work with large, complex datasetsHigh attention to detail and a structured way of thinkingProactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleevesComfortable working 20 hours/week on average (30 hours/week during peak periods) Flexibility provided around exam schedules.
