Main Objectives of JobManage the assigned brand portfolio and ensure consistent brand direction in the Korean marketDevelop and implement brand strategies and local marketing initiatives aligned with business goalsOversee A&P budget planning and execution within defined scopeAct as the key liaison with internal teams and external business partners, representing the brand in KoreaMaintain strong alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market dynamicsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual brand plans and support the team leader in shaping long-term brand strategy. Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives while delivering sharp, data-driven recommendations to management.
Support the execution of integrated ATL/BTL programs (including PR, sponsorships, advertising, and consumer events), collaborating with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders. Partner closely with the brand owner to align key brand strategies and ensure timely implementation of marketing programs. Ensure brand execution is aligned with the latest global brand guidelines and standards. Facilitate clear and effective communication across internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
