Responsibilities To manage public program for PGMSB staff & prepare related training documentations, training payments etc To manage the utilization of HRDC fund To update & maintain training record in LMS system / e-learning To manage any bond related to training (certification / oversea etc) To commit & support to the overall implementation of the Management System (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) To perform other duties when requiredRequirements Possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Training or any related field / Business Studies Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality Good communication skills Ability to work on tight deadline and capable of working with minimal supervision Computer literate
