The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and organizational support for Executive. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all administrative support functions for Vice Presidents including answering phone callsPrepare and distribute memos, letters, policy changes, reportsMaintain Department filesReceive and distribute mailManage the office suppliesCoordinate incoming vendor correspondence (such as acknowledgment letters), to ensure vendor/subcontractor policy complianceCoordinate travel arrangementsCoordinate interdepartmental conference calls and meetingsComplete miscellaneous projects on an as needed basisFrom time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraintsMaintain a high level of confidentiality.
