This is more than a market entry role. About United Tractors:

Part of the Astra Group, United Tractors is a publicly listed industrial group and market leader in heavy equipment, mining contracting, and energy. Backed by a deep legacy of operational capability and innovation, the group continues to expand across the Asia-Pacific region, with Australia as its next strategic focus. United Tractors is establishing its first Representative Office in Perth, supporting its ambitions in critical minerals, future-facing energy, and long-term partnerships with the Australian mining ecosystem. The Opportunity: As Regional Head of Australia, you will lead the local set-up, stakeholder engagement, and growth strategy for United Tractors in Australia.

You will report into the Jakarta-based leadership team and act as the senior local representative of the company, with a broad mandate to lead, connect, and grow. Your Role Will Encompass:

• Strategic leadership – Defining and delivering United Tractors’ market entry and expansion strategy across Australia• Market engagement – Building relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies, government, advisors, and industry stakeholders• Commercial growth – Identifying investment opportunities, managing partnerships, and shaping M&A or JV activity• Stakeholder representation – Acting as the public-facing executive for the Australian business• Governance and operations – Establishing the local office, ensuring compliance, and building the team (including technical and admin support)• Regional collaboration – Working closely with the Technical Director and Group HQ to ensure alignment, governance, and strategic reportingYou Will Bring:
