Job Description:- Provide administrative support to management or executives- Manage schedules and meetings- Take minutes during meetings- Handle email, phone, and mail communications- Assist in planning and executing events- Arrange travel and accommodation- Manage and maintain administrative systems, including document and file storage- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees- Manage and monitor office logistics and inventoryQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin, with prior experience in administrative roles being advantageous- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess strong clerical skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to maintain confidentiality
