Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, on behalf of a Family Office, is looking for a: Personal Assistant based in Milan.Required ExperienceProven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a Family Office or a similarly structured private or corporate environment.A background supporting senior executives or principals, combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, will be highly valued.Required Knowledge and Skills (Functional and Technical)Calendar and Meeting ManagementEfficiently organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management and smooth daily operations.Time and Task Prioritization.Support the principal in managing day-to-day activities, anticipating needs, and ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.Travel CoordinationPlan and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and detailed itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience.Relationship ManagementMaintain and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and external contacts.Event and Engagement Coordination.Organize events, conferences, and speaking engagements, managing all logistical and administrative aspects.Household and Staff Supervision.Coordinate and oversee the activities of the villa’s staff, ensuring high service standards and smooth household operations.Communication and Correspondence.Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documents with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
