Department: Office of the Convener, PBHIReports To: ConvenerJob Type: HybridRole SummaryThe Personal Assistant & Creative Strategist is a mission-critical hybrid role, serving as the Convener’s direct operational partner and creative executor. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and proven expertise in digital marketing and graphic design. The successful candidate will drive administrative efficiency, manage critical project timelines, and be directly responsible for enhancing PBHI's external presence and initiating strategic collaborations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Executive Operations & Administrative Management • Calendar & Logistics: Proactively manage a complex, dynamic professional and personal calendar for the Convener, including scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and handling all necessary travel arrangements and logistics.• Project Oversight: Act as a project accountability manager, tracking the Convener's tasks, monitoring deadlines for lagging projects, and ensuring deliverables are met across various initiatives.• Communication Flow: Filter and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, etc.), draft professional correspondence, and manage information flow to ensure the Convener is focused on high-level priorities.• Systems Management: Organize and maintain digital filing systems, contact databases, and proprietary operational documentation.2. Strategic Outreach & Business Development • Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify strategic leads (individuals and organizations) for potential collaboration and partnership with PBHI.• Relationship Initiation: Craft personalized, high-quality outreach communications, proposals, and initial pitch decks to initiate dialogue with key targets.• Pipeline Management: Systematically track and manage the collaboration pipeline, executing all follow-up communications necessary to advance relationships to the engagement stage.3. Creative & Digital Communications • Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and implement a consistent, strategic content calendar across all relevant social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.• Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality visual assets (infographics, post graphics, presentation slides, marketing materials) that align with PBHI's brand identity.
