[What the role is]We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our Senior Management, ensuring efficient management of schedules and communication while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.[What you will be working on]Key Responsibilities Calendar and Schedule ManagementOrganise and manage senior management’s calendar and appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements and itinerariesPrioritise and coordinate meetings and events to optimise senior management’s time Communication and CorrespondenceOrganise meeting materials for senior managementHandle correspondence (emails, calls and letters) and respond appropriatelyMaintain filing systems (electronic and paper) Miscellaneous SupportSubmit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claimsHandle confidential matters with discretionAnticipate needs and proactively address issues to enable smooth operations[What we are looking for]Experience in a PA role supporting senior executivesExcellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDiscretion, integrity and ability to handle sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite
