Personal Assistant for Head of Marketing (Mandarin Speaker)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in South Jakarta for a Personal Assistant to the Head of Marketing. The Personal Assistant will support the Marketing Director in developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored for the Indonesian market. This role requires a detail-oriented, bilingual professional who can bridge communication between regional and local teams, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth campaign execution.Responsibilities:Help marketing director to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans tailored to the Indonesian marketConduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activitiesAct as a bridge between regional management teams and local teams, ensuring clear and effective communicationTranslate business directions from Mandarin to Bahasa/English (and vice versa) to align strategies across teamsCollaborate with all marketing divisions to deliver integrated campaignsMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendationsEnsure all marketing initiatives are consistent with company goals and compliant with industry regulationsRequirements:1-2 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or brand managementFluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & EnglishProven ability to manage multiple projects independently while working collaborativelyExcellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExperience in the financial, trading, or investment industry is a strong plusCan join immediately📍 Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
