HPCNEF is the Northeast Florida region’s leading resource for healthcare utilization data, population health data, information on evidence-based best practices, and timely and unbiased health policy informationThe RoleManaging and maintaining executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.Communicating with staff and clients via email and phone to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Conducting research and compiling information for various projects.Providing administrative support for ongoing initiatives and special projects.Handling travel arrangements, if necessary, for team members.Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Ideal ProfileProven experience as a Personal AssistantMust reside/base in the US or Canada and must be authorized to work in the US or CanadaExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.What's on Offer?Opening within a company with a solid track record of successGreat work cultureRole involving team management opportunities
