Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) at EcoWater Systems. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for provide executive support in scheduling, communication, and daily tasks, assisting with executive administrative tasks, managing the diary of senior executives, and providing clerical support. The Personal Assistant will also be tasked with effective communication and corresponding in Mandarin and English. This is an on-site role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.QualificationsSkills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceProficiency in Communication and Diary ManagementClerical SkillsFluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fieldExperience in a similar role is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) promptly and professionally, including communication in Mandarin.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences, and company events.Conduct research and provide summaries to support executive decision-making.Manage personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and household coordination when necessary.Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive, in Mandarin and English.Other ad-hoc tasks
