Job Description

Core Responsibilities:Arrange and manage meeting schedulesPlan, coordinate, and execute projects effectivelyOrganize sales invoices and legal contractsHandling office expense reimbursementGather, analyze, and present data to assist in strategic business decision-making.Plan events and manage company communications, including press releases and social media.Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to achieve for work assignmentAssist in crisis management and communication strategies.Handle any other duties or tasks as assigned by the executives, including but not limited to research, preparing presentations, and office management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
