This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can anticipate needs and contribute to the company’s smooth workflow.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation. Handle correspondence, reports, and communications with attention to detail. Support executives with daily administrative operations and project coordination. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters. Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups. QualificationsQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Discretion and integrity when managing sensitive information. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
