The Personal Assistant will provide dedicated support to the executive team, including managing diaries, handling communications, and executing clerical and administrative tasks. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for coordinating schedules and priorities.QualificationsExcellent communication skills in English (European)Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong Communication and Diary Management abilitiesProficiency in Clerical and Administrative tasksExcellent organizational and multitasking capabilitiesAttention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
