From our iconic theme parks and resorts to our groundbreaking films, television shows, interactive media and products, we're dedicated to creating magic that knows no bounds.We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to make a meaningful impact and be part of Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Disney+ Team!As a Personal Assistant, the successful post holder will provide administrative support to our VP Commercial and VP Analytics & Insights within the Direct to Consumer/Disney+ team, liaising with multiple contacts in EMEA and the US.The successful candidate will maintain a high and professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts and will require the management of highly confidential information. This role is an integral part of the Commercial and Analytics & Insights leadership teams.Join us in shaping the magic behind the scenes!Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).What You Will Do Provide first class administrative support to VP Commercial and VP Analytics & Insights for DTC EMEA, including:Full diary management for both VP’s, managing busy and complex diaries and coordinating meetings, lunches and dinnersPreparing meeting agendas and joining team meetings to assist with running order, action points and follow-ups as requiredInbox management for both VP’s, assisting with triaging emails and flagging urgent priority responsesManage all travel requirements for both VP’s including travel itineraries and bookings, both European and International. Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and inputProcess expenses for both VP’s in a timely manner via Concur system, ensuring all required information is present and dealing with any issues with credit cardsManagement of multiple approval processes for both VP’s, such as holiday requests, expenses, IT requests etc.Assist with recruitment process by working with internal recruitment team to schedule interviews and prioritise preparation timeAssist with collating weekly executive reports and preparing newsletters/internal communications for VP’sManagement of distribution lists for the Commercial and Analytics & Insights teamsBe an integral member of the Commercial and Analytics & Insights teams and management teamsConfidant to both VP’s, being trusted eyes and ears to help gauge team morale and spot problems early onSupport on team meetings, events and away days as appropriateLead on quarterly socials for both teamsProvide support on team culture for both teamsProvide adhoc support as requiredRaise Purchase OrdersAny additional duties, as may be required by the VP Commercial or VP Analytics & Insights Required Qualifications & SkillsAn accomplished Personal Assistant, with experience within a fast-paced, large and multi-national organisation.Excellent and advanced computer skills essential in following - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookA friendly, open, outgoing, professional and polite approach Organized and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracyAble to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlinesAble to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiativeHighly discreet and aware of sensitive & confidential information and situationsExcellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation – ability to be concise and informTeam player, ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues (internally & externally)A Calm and focused career PAProven ability with creating strong engaging relationships with senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills both verbal and written – including document formatting and proof readingThe Perks 25 days annual leavePrivate medical insurance & dental careFree Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for freeDisney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketingExcellent parental and guardian leaveEmployee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
