Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Lekki. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing professional and personal schedules, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the CEO in day-to-day tasks. The role includes handling diary management, administrative duties, media engagement, customer relations and clerical responsibilities to ensure seamless operations. The Personal Assistant will also play a crucial role in ensuring all executive-level tasks are completed efficiently and with discretion. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal AssistanceStrong skills in Diary Management and Clerical TasksExperience in Administrative AssistanceExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismGood communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the media, hospitality, or creative industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredIT experience is a ++
