Location: Bali (On-site) Start: Immediate (Full-time opportunity) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and outgoing individual to take on a dual role, with primary focus on Personal Assistance (PA) to the Founder and secondary support as a Community Coordinator. This role demands flexibility, speed, and discretion, aiming to significantly ease the Founder's operational and personal burden while contributing to our community's growth.This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and eager to make the Founder's life easier while helping to organize and bring our Nomads Giving Back experiences to life in Bali.1. Primary Focus: Personal Assistant to FounderThe core objective of this part of the role is to be the Founder's primary support system, ensuring their personal and operational life runs smoothly and efficiently by handling time-sensitive and critical logistics swiftly during working hours.Note: The tasks listed below are examples to illustrate the nature of the support required and are not limited to this list.Key Responsibilities:Executive & Personal Support: Be constantly available and highly responsive to support the Founder's personal and operational needs, often on short notice, especially within standard working hours.Logistics & Transportation Coordination: Research and coordinate travel logistics, including searching for airport parking rates, comparing driver/ride-share prices (e.g., Gojek/Grab Car), booking, coordinating, and ensuring smooth airport pick-ups/drop-offs.Procurement & Errands: Efficiently manage and execute various personal errands and procurement tasks. This includes sourcing specific items (e.g., groceries, furniture, specific food brands) and ensuring timely delivery to the Founder's location.Vendor & Service Management: Communicate with external vendors, shops, and service providers (e.g., contacting sofa shops, coordinating with drivers) to fulfill personal and ad-hoc requests.Task Completion & Efficiency: Ensure all requests are resolved quickly and efficiently. Tasks must be completed, either by handling them personally or by leveraging reliable online services/outsourcing when necessary.Mobility: Must be able to ride a motorbike. The ability to drive a car is a significant advantage.Proactive Communication: Maintain clear, proactive, and effective communication regarding task progress, completion status, and potential issues.Main Goal: Systematically manage and resolve time-consuming, administrative, and logistical tasks to significantly ease the Founder’s daily life.2. Secondary Focus: Community Coordinator SupportYou will provide support to the Community Manager and the wider team in developing, organizing, and coordinating our Impact Trips, membership discount app (LocalPass), and community events while assisting the Marketing Team.Key Responsibilities:Impact Trips & Events: Support logistics, coordination, and hosting of Impact Trips and community events in Bali.Online Community Management: Help manage our WhatsApp groups, answer inquiries, and foster engagement.Partnerships: Assist in onboarding new partner venues and ensure partner details are current.Marketing Contribution: Provide support to the marketing team, including pitching, basic content creation, and campaign support by liaising with partners.Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)The PA Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely dependable, and driven by a desire to provide excellent support.The Coordinator Vibe: A natural people person—friendly, fun, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with others.Proactive & Action-Oriented: You take initiative, manage tasks without constant reminders, and follow through promptly.Flexible & Adaptable: Ready for tasks with short notice and changing priorities within working hours.Lives in Bali: Based in Bali and comfortable being out and about, meeting people, and traveling around the island for errands and events.Communication: Confident in communicating clearly with the Founder, community members, and external businesses/partners.Logistics Ready: Proficient with motorbikes (required).Tools: Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets, and social media platforms.Bonus: Experience in hospitality, events, personal assistance, or tourism is a big plus!
