Position: Personal AssistantLocation: Los Angeles (with frequent travel)Schedule: Full-time, non-traditional hours; nights/weekends as neededReports to: Artist OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile artist across all aspects of daily life, professional commitments, and travel. This role requires excellent judgment, a service mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and can seamlessly balance personal and professional responsibilities with complete confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal SupportManage the artist’s day-to-day schedule, ensuring punctuality and smooth transitions between commitments.Coordinate personal appointments (health/wellness, grooming, home services, family needs).Oversee gifting (birthdays, holidays, thank-yous), including sourcing, purchasing, wrapping, and timely delivery.Run personal errands with efficiency and discretionTravel & LogisticsCoordinate complex travel itineraries: flights, cars, hotels, passports/visas, and on-the-ground logistics.Pack and unpack for the artist; ensure all essentials are prepared and organized.Professional LiaisonSupport management team with administrative needs related to tours, promo, studio sessions, and appearances.Act as on-site support at events, shoots, and sessions—managing wardrobe, meals, transport, and day-of logistics.Maintain strong relationships with stylists, glam, security, drivers, PR, and other external partners.Home & Lifestyle ManagementCoordinate with household staff, contractors, and vendors as needed.Ensure the artist’s spaces (home, studio, vehicles, hotel rooms) are organized and stocked.Manage deliveries, shipments, and returns.Confidentiality & ProfessionalismHandle all personal and professional information with complete discretion.Maintain professional boundaries and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.Anticipate needs and solve problems quickly without escalation.Qualifications2–5+ years experience supporting a high-profile talent, CEO, or UHNW individual.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver’s license and comfort driving in LA and other major cities.Ability to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Apple ecosystem, calendar management tools).Calm multitasker; thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.Key CompetenciesHigh discretion and trustworthinessProactive mindsetProblem-solving and resourcefulnessTime managementService-oriented personalityEmotional intelligence and calm demeanorAdaptability; no-task-too-small attitude
