🔎 We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. Are you experienced in managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting strategic projects? This opportunity might be for you!📍 Location: 100% remote 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week 💼 Contract type: Initially contractor, with potential for permanent employment 💰 Salary: To be agreed upon, based on salary expectations🎯 Key Responsibilities:Manage the Manager’s calendar, emails, and callsOrganize meetings, client visits, and presentationsProvide bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative and document supportCoordinate travel and personal logisticsHandle confidential information and interdepartmental communicationSupport special projects and corporate events📚 Requirements:Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields2–3 years of experience in similar roles supporting management or executive levelsFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
