Team Administrator/Personal Assistant - International Business GroupLeading Client - Excellent partners - hybrid workingWe currently have an opportunity for a dynamic personal assistant in our client's highly respected Corporate department within the International Business group.This is a broad based role where you will be supporting a number of partners and lawyers in the group and providing a pro-active service to ensure operational effectiveness. This is a busy role and will suit a self-starter with 2+ years experience, able to work on your own initiative and display excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Proactively manage a busy inbox and diary, organising domestic and international meetings;Manage travel arrangements including bookings, itinerary preparation, expenses and invoiceprocessing;Assist with client events, building invite lists and keeping trackers up to date;Update and ensure data integrity on the CRM system ‘Connect’ in a timely and efficient manner;Liaise with Finance, IT and other departments across the firm as required;Work to strict deadlines and prioritise workloads; andProvide additional support as required.Key Requirements:You have experience in a similar administrative role in professional services or a complexcorporate environment;You are proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and are IT literate;You have excellent data management skills and strong presentation skills;You display initiative and a willingness to learn;You demonstrate a positive, efficient and professional approach;You have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills; andYou are keen to develop your career in a top tier law firm.
