It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionPersonal Banker (PB)Company:** UOB (Thai) Public Company LimitedJob SummaryThe Personal Banker (PB) at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, providing expert financial advice, and selling a range of banking products and services to meet their financial needs and objectives.Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell UOB's banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide appropriate product recommendations, ensuring suitability and customer satisfaction. Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and mass affluent customers, fostering long-term relationships through excellent service and personalized advice. Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively advise customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance. Participate in marketing and sales campaigns to promote UOB's products and services. Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and ethical standards.Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong preference for personal banking experience. Demonstrated sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers from diverse backgrounds. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken). Possession of relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license) is a significant advantage.
