MissionTo provide comprehensive lifestyle and operational support for the business owner and family in France .To establish an effective communication and coordination system ensuring operational excellence.To act as a proactive representative of the owner’s interests and drive projects to completion.Focused on taking ownership of communication, scheduling, and logistics, and proactively resolving issues.Key Requirements1-3 years of relevant experience in a personal/business assistant .Proficiency in French, with knowledge of Ukrainian; English is an advantage.Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and projects.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Demonstrated initiative and loyalty, with a results-oriented mindset.Willingness to take on responsibility and act proactively.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness support: communications, documents, meetings, projects, and representation of interests.Executive assistance: support with negotiations, calls, and documentation.Planning & coordination: organizing meetings, travel, and schedules.Travel: visas, flights (including private), accommodation, transfers, and VIP services.Lodging oversight & concierge: quality control of accommodation; tracking trips, vendors, and expenses.Events end-to-end: business, family, and children’s; restaurant bookings and tickets.Family medical support: insurance policies, appointments, payments, and results tracking.Medications/equipment: procurement and delivery.Sports & wellness: personal training, massage, SPA, and gear.Family calendar & gifts.Opportunities and BenefitsFull-time position with a hybrid work format.Possibility of relocation to Monaco/Nice.Direct interaction with the business owner and key stakeholders.Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment.
