Enjoy a flexible and rewarding role as part of our dedicated Home and Community Care team.We’re looking for a dedicated team member to join us in a full-time role based on the Mornington Peninsular.Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMAbout The RoleOur Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showeringAssistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)Engaging in social activities as required.Domestic assistance / housework.
