It is essential that you understand the residential aged care environment and the standards we uphold, and that you bring a high level of empathy and compassion to every interaction.What You’ll DoDeliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each resident’s needs and preferencesBuild positive relationships to enhance the resident experienceSupport residents with daily activities and personal care needsComplete accurate care documentation, progress notes, and daily chartsWork collaboratively as part of a supportive teamSafely undertake manual handling practicesResponsible for safe administration of medications - Medication CompetentUphold Aged Care Quality Standards in everything you doWhat you’ll bringCertificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent minimum qualification - mandatory)Medication Competent / Medication Endorsed skills most desirableStrong understanding of residential aged care environments and standardsExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsFluent English – able to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and team teamNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain - mandatory)A genuine passion for resident-first, person-centred careStrong verbal and written communication skillsEmpathy, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive differenceInterested?
