As a key support in legal operations, you’ll help build strong cases and ensure every detail is accounted for. From organizing files to preparing legal documents, your work will directly impact clients navigating personal injury claims. If you enjoy structured tasks, clear communication, and helping others through challenging moments, the Personal Injury Paralegal role will feel like home.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Preparing legal documents and assisting with trial preparationConducting legal research and developing case chronologiesManaging files and organizing medical records and billing summariesSupporting litigation efforts and outbound client communicationsFollowing up with clients and maintaining accurate recordsWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in legal support or paralegal workPersonal injury experience preferredComfortable making outbound callsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughStrong written communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelLegal research and document draftingFile and record managementClient outreach and follow-upDetail-oriented and organizedEmpathetic and positive in client interactionsComfortable with outbound calls and multitaskingMotivated by helping others and contributing to a teamReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
