Role: Rotational PSWLocation: Toronto (East York Area)Open for Part-Time/ Full TimeClosing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community care services.We are looking for a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker (PSW) that can provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community.
