This full-time opportunity invites creative and expressive individuals to help shape the personality and conversational style of next-generation AI systems. As an
AI Tutor – Personality and Behavior Specialist
, you will help train AI models to develop a cohesive, engaging, and entertaining voice that resonates with users across diverse contexts.
Evaluate dialogue tone, humor, and natural flow while ensuring the AI maintains consistency, warmth, and charm.
Ideal for individuals with a strong sense of humor, storytelling ability, and a passion for crafting relatable and human-like interactions.
Qualifications
Strong background in Communications, Creative Writing, Performing Arts, or a related creative field
Proven ability to refine tone, improve character alignment, and incorporate humor with excellent timing
Skilled in writing both casual and professional dialogue across varied social and cultural contexts
Ability to draw on current events, pop culture, and social trends to create dynamic, authentic exchanges
Exceptional communication, creativity, and improvisational skills
Commitment to advancing AI that feels natural, engaging, and emotionally intelligent
Requirements
Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated dialogues and behavioral patterns
Identify awkward or off-putting tones and refine outputs to improve personality consistency and appeal
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tasks that enhance AI conversational flow and humor dynamics
Support the creation of efficient annotation tools and workflows for behavioral modeling
Provide insightful feedback to help the AI develop lively, witty, and context-aware responses
Preferred Background
Portfolio featuring original humorous or creative content such as scripts, sketches, or online material
Experience in comedy writing, improvisation, acting, or digital content creation
Demonstrated success in creating relatable, personality-driven work
Work Environment
Based in Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or fully remote with strong self-management skills
U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois
Typical hours: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone
Remote workers must use a personal computer that meets one of the following requirements: a Chromebook, a Mac running macOS 11 or newer, or a Windows PC running Windows 10 or newer
Reliable smartphone access is required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location
For international candidates, compensation ranges are available upon request
