eCommerce Assistant

Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more engaged future. Responsibilities Who are you? This role is a temporary position to cover for our eCommerce Associate while on leave.

This position will cover merchandising, assisting with promotions, handing order-related customer service inquiries, managing drop-ship order completion, and overall assisting with the maintenance of the eCommerce store. In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Day to day maintenance of the online store, ensuring the website functions and looks as expected, including all buttons, links, and content. Ensure on-site categories are accurate and kept up to date.

Monitor SKU-level inventory quantities and place Purchase Orders as needed to maintain steady inventory levels Pull, review and send drop-ship order files Assist with on-site promotions Help answer any relevant item questions from Member Services team. Qualifications What you bring to the Personify Health Team: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience in Excel (formulas, lookups, etc.

) High attention to detail, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills In Order To Represent The Best Of What We Have To Offer You Come To Us With a Multitude Of Positive Attributes Including Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (nopCommerce experience is a strong plus, but not required) Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus Quick learner with strong attention to detail No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
