Responsibilities Support team hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure a consistent, welcoming experience for every guest Drive membership sales and studio growth Oversee facility upkeep and inventory Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care Assist with community outreach and social media engagementDeveloping a high-energy, fun, and engaged membership culture at the studio through contests, promotions, events, and recognitionMaintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times.
Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guestsUnderstanding and speaking to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapyWhat We’re Looking For Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality Leadership experience preferred (membership-based industry is a plus) Outgoing, team-first mindset with strong communication skills Passionate about wellness and helping others feel their bestA verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experienceEvening and weekend availability
