Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pest Control Team Leader located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Pest Control Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing pest control operations, implementing integrated pest management strategies, and ensuring the proper application of pest control methods. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, communicating with clients, and managing lawn care activities to maintain healthy environments. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of pest control measures. Qualifications Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management skillsKnowledge of PEST methods and strategiesStrong Communication skills for client interactions and team coordinationExperience in Lawn Care activitiesLeadership and team management abilitiesProblem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant certifications in pest control and lawn care management are a plus
