Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process:

sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptionsPost job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelinesCoordinate interview schedules and candidate communicationMaintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reportsHR Operations Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentationMaintain and update HR records in HRIS/HR databasesSupport performance management cycles, including goal-setting and evaluationsAddress employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR proceduresAssist in employee engagement activities and HR compliance requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 6 months-2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operationsStrong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor lawsProficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS/HRIS)Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageGrowth opportunities within the HR functionA collaborative and supportive work environment
