Job DescriptionMonitors and coordinates daily activities, appointments and meetings of the Corporate Affairs AVPScreens and attends to the daily communication needs (incoming/outgoing calls and documents) of the department to ensure prompt discharge of information;Maintain an effective records management system to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of informationMonitors the department's budget and expenses, and processes bills for paymentMaintains inventory of office supplies and fixed assets of the departmentHandles the department's travel requirementsProvide general administrative and clerical support to the departmentQualificationsMust have Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably with Accounting backgroundMust have excellent oral and written communications skillsMust have good interpersonal skills; able to deal with the department's key stakeholders (media and government)Must have good analytical skills; able to prioritize assignments based on urgencyMust be proficient in MS OfficeMust be keen on details
