Job Description

Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsPayroll CompliancesTax calculation for Management & staff as per IT Rules and checking of saving proofs.Timely maintain the Loan Registers and ensure timely deduction of the same.Provisions of monthly salary to Accounts teamsSharing of TDS and professional tax report to UKSC Team by 06 th of every month.Sharing addition deletion of PF for O&S and WB to PF Trust by 05 th of every month. Poornata WFA management.Salary and Wage administration Preparation of deduction sheet, arrears, advances for O&S and WB and uploading the same as per payroll calendar.Cross checking the salary and wages registers and ensuring error free operations.To share the bank list to UKSC Pune for timely payments.Preparing of JV’s and submitting the same to UKSC.To generate JV of Car Operating Expenses on 15 th and 30 th of every month and sending the same to UKSC for payment.Supporting employees (O&S and WB) for various payroll activities like deductions, LTA, Income Tax Proofs, Deductions etc.Providing monthly salary slips and Annual PF Slips to Wage Board employees.Loan & advances, Full and Final & MIS preparationSubmission of F&F details to central payroll within 24 hours after receiving no dues.Submission of form for Superannuation fund to payroll team for timely payment.Provisions, accounts report preparation and submit in schedule time.Timely monitoring of payment of LTA,COE reimbursement, Loan & advances ( PF Loan from Company ) as per Company Policies.Preparing presentations and various data as and when required by Management.Statutory Compliance - Coordinating and Monitoring all the activities required for fulfilling the statutory compliance, timely.Timely compliance of statutory payments & returns and submission like PF, Gratuity, Superannuation & BonusProviding details for filing of Factory Act returns like salary, bonus, gratuity paymentsTimely submission of Form L (Payment of Gratuity Act) to government authorities.Ensuring deduction of PF & Income Tax and ensure timely remittance.Timely submission for settlement of the various claims of PF like Death/ Retirement/ Advance/ Transfer etc.Timely renewal of EDLI policy.Submission of quarterly return of Income Tax for O&S and Wage Board workmen to UKSC.Time and accurate payment of Bonus to O&S and Wage Board workmen.Keeping all updated data ready for various assessment and Audit and clear the same without any major NCSystem Management(Effective implementation of IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards)100% active participation in respective KFA & GRT meetings and giving inputs related to bring new technology, innovation and improvements towards productivity. Conduct awareness programmes down the level teamTo know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments.Implementation of critical spares & consumable SOP without any defilement Identify & arrange rectification of leakage points/unsafe points along with monitor & take corrective action for emission levels.SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area. Educating team about “I know my job”, “I know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measures” & “I escalate to my senior” among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower including peer, WB & CL manpower Timely conducting scheduled SO round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system. To conduct daily Tool Box Talk as schedule and before start the job any critical job along with SWP Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event Ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action Replicating good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among manpower to save guard natural resources. - Ensuring for maintaining discipline, handling and resolving grievances at individual level and building strong interpersonal skills Involving them in department or cross department projects leading for unit, Business or Group level performance
