Key ResponsibilitiesComprehend and align with project goals, scope, timelines, budget constraints, and resource needs. Direct the upgrade and transition of corporate ledger systems to the selected SaaS solution. Create and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distributions. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and vendor groups. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, corporate governance, and data protection protocols. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project challenges, including reporting and resolution. Hold stakeholder meetings to communicate milestones, budgets, and issues. Lead the Project Steering Committee for strategic alignment and executive engagement.
Supervise data migration to ensure accuracy and minimal disruption. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and approval. Establish change control procedures for effective scope and budget management. Lead operational readiness initiatives, including user training and post-implementation support. Qualifications & ExperienceCertification in project management frameworks (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2). Proven experience in leading regional or multi-national IT and financial transformation projects. Success in deploying corporate ledger systems (e. g. , SunSystems) within financial organizations is a plus. Strong leadership skills in managing diverse project teams, including business SMEs and IT professionals.
Excellent documentation abilities for project plans, status updates, and governance materials. Proficient in communicating project issues to senior stakeholders. Skilled in collaborating with SMEs to resolve challenges. Knowledgeable in vendor management and cloud technologies. Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mature, assertive, and results-oriented.
