Senior Front End Developer (React)Contract: 12-month initial contract (with high potential extension)Location: Dublin/ HybridVisa Requirements: Must hold a valid Stamp 4 Visa or EU PassportRole OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing responsive and visually engaging web applications, working closely with UX/UI designers to bring user-centric designs to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, modern web interfaces. Build and debug projects within Visual Studio integrated development environments. Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility. Build reusable React components and libraries for incremental, maintainable delivery. Debug, test, and resolve front-end issues to continuously improve performance and user experience.

Maintain and enhance website functionality, ensuring technical feasibility of designs. Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and trends to keep solutions modern and competitive. Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Front End Developer (or similar role). Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap. Hands-on experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with CSS pre-processors like Sass or LESS. Skilled in using Visual Studio for development and debugging. Proficient with Git, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and techniques to resolve them. Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience with other front-end frameworks (e. g. , Angular, Vue. js) is an advantage. Knowledge of Azure AD B2C for user management, including building self-service portals, is a plus. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Relevant certifications in front-end development or frameworks (React, JavaScript, etc. ) are advantageous.
