Lead and guide moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resourcesApply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental workMake decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options in non-standard situationsWork independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex problemsUtilize judgment and experience to become a resource for others and guide operational teamsFacilitate agreements and collaboration between teams to ensure successful project deliveryAct as a thought leader on emerging digital technologies, contributing to the vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of digital productsAnalyze support trends, lead process improvements, and evaluate data to understand user behavior and business trendsEnsure project management deliverables comply with regulatory standards and maintain strong partnerships with Pfizer teams through effective engagement modelsHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experienceStong Tableau reporting & Power BI is requiredDemonstrated experience of various Information Technology practicesExperience with System Application and Products eDoc frameworkFamiliarity with product analytics and strong ability to carry out analysis related to customer journey, user activity, product/feature performance, and other digital analyticsUnderstanding of financial concepts and key success factors for business performanceKnowledge of management reporting requirements and functional designExcellent communication skillsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Master's degreeRelevant pharmaceutical industry experienceManagement consulting experienceExperience with Agile Software Delivery and/or Scrum Master CertificationAbility to mentor and guide other colleaguesStrong collaboration and team facilitation skillsAbility to analyze support trends and lead process improvementsWork Location Assignment:
