We enable careers by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities, and we support our clients in engaging, retaining, and developing the right talent when needed.For one of our clients, a dynamic start-up based remotely in Europe, and dedicated to neuroscience disease, we are currently looking for a:(Senior) Global Project ManagerStart date: ASAP / latest February 2026Contract: 18 months (high likelihood of extension)Location: Switzerland or Germany (must hold valid Swiss/EU work authorization)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager, who can lead programs from a cross-functional perspective. This role oversees the entire program, interacting with CMC, Regulatory, Toxicology, QA, and other functional lines, ensuring integrated planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management across the project. The initial focus will be a Phase I/II neurological disease program.Main Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the cross-functional global project team across all development functions.Oversee integrated project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation across CMC, Regulatory, Tox, QA, and Clinical.Ensure high-quality execution of clinical study activities in collaboration with CROs and vendors.Contribute to development of protocols, IB, IMPD, DSUR, and regulatory responses.Manage vendor/ESP selection, training, oversight, and performance.Maintain audit/inspection readiness and TMF completeness.Support feasibility, drug supply forecasting, and clinical data review.Contribute to SOP development, audits, and process improvements.Qualifications:MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.8+ years of experience in Global Project Management within biotech/pharma, ideally with early-phase programs.Proven cross-functional leadership (CMC, Regulatory, Tox, QA, Clinical).Strong background in neuroscience or rare diseases (preferred).Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project); PMP or PPM training is a strong asset.Strong skills in budget ownership and timeline management.Fluent in English; other EU languages beneficial.Ability to travel up to 20%.Would you like to learn more about CTC and the opportunity outlined?
