SummaryThe Pharma Vertical Head China is responsible for Pharma Vertical Business Development and operations.Responsibilities Responsible for reporting of financial results including controlling and follow up on results Participate in development of Pharma vertical and product strategy in cooperation with CEO, CCO, and Vice President Pharma Healthcare (Group) Contact and negotiations with Customers/suppliers/drivers and customers Ensure compliance and adherence to customer requirements Pricing and quotations Build own pipeline within Commercial Team Quality compliance in China Setting up SOPs in GDP-trained offices Grow the vertical as per Business plan Perform other duties as assignedQualifications Experienced manager within Pharma product 5-10 years experience within international freight forwarding or Healthcare industry Solid GDP and preferably GMP experience Overall knowledge on temperature controlled transportationBehavioral Attributes Highly self-motivated and pro-active self-starter. Problem identification and solving skills. Adaptable – respond effectively to changes in situation or information.
