Work Type: Mix of Remote, In-office & Client TravelHighlights:Must have experience in:Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical industryInside Sales: Cold calls, leads, networking, eventsExperience: 3–5 years in sales/account managementEnglish (C1)Job DescriptionThe Account Manager will manage and grow existing and new customer accounts across Europe, build long-term relationships with stakeholders, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and meet customer needs. This role carries individual budget responsibility and contributes directly to business development goals.Develop sales pipeline through prospecting (cold calls, leads, networking, events).Drive sales growth with both existing and new clients.Present via calls, webinars, video conferences, and travel to customer sites.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Strategically manage CRM pipeline; guide customers through the decision process.Conduct market analysis: customer needs, competitors, suppliers.Work with internal teams on quality, regulatory, and technical matters.Identify solutions to customer challenges and support product introductions.Ideal ProfileBachelor's or Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) or Business (Sales, Marketing).3–5 years’ experience in sales/account management, ideally in specialty chemicals or pharma.Proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering client solutions.Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the pharma/chemicals value chain.Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical and data-driven approach to sales strategy.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
