English Requirement: B2Formulation & Product DevelopmentFormulate and optimize health & wellness dietary supplements for multiple global markets.Evaluate ingredients for efficacy, safety, compatibility, solubility, and stability.Prepare documentation for formulation specifications and regulatory submissions.Ingredient Sourcing & Quality ControlCoordinate with ingredient suppliers in India and China.Request and review samples, COAs, spec sheets, SDS, and third-party lab results.Coordinate safety, purity, heavy metals, microbiological, and compliance testing with certified laboratories.Regulatory & Label ComplianceWork with regulatory consultants in USA, Canada, EU, UK, LATAM markets to ensure:Label accuracyCompliant nutrition panelsClaims & ingredient limits meet local regulationsCoordinate with professional translators and designers to ensure compliant multilingual labels.Manufacturing & Supply ChainCollaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure:Accurate production scale-up from R&D to manufacturingGMP, FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO22000 quality systems are followedProduction timelines and QC documentation are executed correctly✅ RequirementsDegree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar.Experience in nutraceuticals / supplements / pharmaceuticals.Understanding of FDA, EFSA, Health Canada, ANVISA, INVIMA, COFEPRIS, or similar regulatory frameworks.Strong organizational and communication skills.Professional proficiency in English (Spanish required; Portuguese a plus).Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and international time zones.✨ What We OfferHybrid work environment (part office / part remote) in MedellínCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to grow into Product Development LeadershipWork with a company focused on science-based wellness, natural ingredients, and global impact
